I don't follow soccer that much. RM is playing the LA Galaxy tonight. On Fox Sports Net they are talking about all the stars on RM. It seems they should never lose!

Is it like saying...."How do the Yankees ever lose?"

Simple Real Madrid still has no defense. They're a highpowered offense, but they cant play defense for a lick.

I am watching David Beckham for the first time. What makes him so good? He looks slow.

Beckham sucks mate. Figo (portuguese like me) is the best player and Real Madrid thinking about say goodbye to him :icon_conf

Real Madrid has bad defense like already mentioned. They lost some bad matches in the UEFA Champions League last year such as 3-0 at Bayer Leverkusen in Germany. Also they conceeded 2 goals in Kiev and lost at Juventus.

I saw a number of their games in La Liga last year and, whilst they played well towards the end, Barcelona were deserved champions.

Think Real Madrid are more a team of stars rather than a star team. Also, lots of egos.

However, when they do get it right they are a delight to watch.

Real was dialing it in against the Galaxy. They play just good enough to win.

It is exactly like saying that Yankees will win every time. Too many stars on the field and no one to do the hard work

What makes David B so good: media and his wife
He's a very good player (excelent free kicks, passes) but not THAT good

should have listen to my mother

Real Madrid is the most overrated Team in last 20 Years !

This Team is a joke. RM is a product of media hype and nothing more. And David Beckham is the perfect example for what RM stands: marketing, marketing and marketing. A kind of Harlem Globe Trotters in soccer. People have to learn, that there is adifference between Players playing incredibly good soccer and player who are just living of media hype.RM have players in their team that are living just of media hype, but when it comes to soccer they are just average. And that's the reason they are not winning anything since 2 Years or more.Everybody who doesn't know anything about football thinks, that Beckham is a great player. Truth is: Becham is just average player (he is just good for free kicks, for everything else you can forget him), but a great media hype. And you can say this for nearly the whole team. The contrast for example are players like Sevtchenko, Lampard, Ballack,Deco, Gerrard or Drogba, who will never get that Media Hype, but who are incredibly good players and most important: They have a high impact on team succsess and are very effective. That's the reason their Teams are winning and Real Madrid is loosing. And if Real do not start winning soon, they will be bankrup soon. You can't pay these wages and not winning anything. If they didn't sold their training camp to the town years ago they would be already bankrupt.

Just my 2 cents.

cheers,

colton
